Customer reviews of our regional painting team
The source Google profile showed 4.6 out of 5 from 37 reviews when checked on October 27, 2026. Below are selected customer excerpts, grouped by topic. Read the complete reviews, including lower-rated feedback, on the source Google Business Profile.
These reviews come from our crew’s Google Business Profile, which is listed under our regional company name, 360° Painting of Saint Joseph. That’s why one reviewer writes “360.” Reviews cover work across the team’s service area. Excerpts preserve the reviewers’ wording; an ellipsis marks the omitted personal name.
Interior painting reviews
“360 painting did a great job painting the inside of our house. They worked around my schedule and got it done quickly.” — Bill Morgan, Google review
Bill’s review describes an interior repaint and flexible scheduling. For an occupied home, the plan needs to cover room sequence, furniture, ventilation and daily access. Return-to-use depends on the work and products; it should not be assumed from a finish feeling dry. If you’re planning something similar, our interior painting page walks through how a lived-in repaint runs, room by room.
Communication and scheduling reviews
“…excellent communication, was willing to accommodate and work around my schedule” — Calvin Haynes, Google review
Scheduling is the part of painting nobody puts in an ad, and it’s the thing people remember. Here’s what that looks like on our side: you get a start date in writing, a text the evening before the crew shows up, and a message from the crew lead at the end of each day saying what got done and what’s next. If weather pushes an exterior job, you hear about it the morning of, with a new date — not a no-show.
Repeat customers
“Great company, great people. Very communicative. I’ve used them several times for different projects and they’ve taken great care of me.” — Shanin McCoy, Google review
Repeat work is the best test a painter has. A homeowner who calls back for the second project has already seen how the first one held up through a Kansas winter. A lot of our jobs go in that order: a couple of bedrooms first, then the exterior the next spring, then the kitchen cabinets. We keep color names, sheens and product notes from every job so the second visit starts where the first one ended.
What customers mention most
The three selected excerpts highlight:
- We work around their schedule. Two of the three reviews above say it in almost the same words. Early starts, a gap day for a family event, finishing a bedroom before guests arrive — that’s normal for us.
- Communication. People notice when they don’t have to chase the painter. The daily end-of-day text is the single habit that earns the most comments.
- They come back. Repeat projects tell you more than any star rating.
What people rarely mention is the prep, because when it’s done right you can’t see it. That’s fine with us. If you want to see what goes on before the first coat, read how our crew works.
What we do with a critical review
We read every review, and we answer the critical ones in public. If a review points to a problem with the work — a peeling spot, a missed edge, a color that dried different from the sample — we come back and fix it under our two-year paint warranty, then reply to say what we did. We don’t ask anyone to take a review down, and we don’t offer discounts for changing one.
How to leave us a review
If our team has painted for you, open the same Google profile linked above and choose Write a review. A sentence about what we painted and the neighborhood (North Broadway, Lansing, off-post near the fort) helps the next homeowner more than stars alone. Photos of the finished job are welcome.
