Quote requests and service providers
When you submit a quote request, we receive the name, email address, property address or town, service selection and project details you provide. Optional property details and any planning brief you choose to attach are included. We use this information to respond to your request and coordinate the requested work. Requests are delivered through Resend to the Leavenworth Painting website team; relevant details may be shared with our service provider, 360° Painting of Saint Joseph, to assess the project and follow up.
Requests are handled in email, so copies can remain in correspondence and service-provider backups. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact the website team through our inquiry form. Please identify the request without sending additional sensitive information. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or other information unrelated to your project.
Spam prevention
The quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. Google processes browser, device and interaction information for that verification under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our server verifies the reCAPTCHA response before requesting email delivery.
Painting planner and saved files
The planner keeps your working project in this browser tab using session storage. It can survive a reload; closing the tab normally clears it, though browser session restoration may restore it. Resetting the planner clears its current project. Downloaded project JSON files and text briefs remain wherever you save them until you remove them. Importing a project reads the selected file in your browser. Planner details are sent with a quote request only when you carry the brief into the form and submit it. You can remove that brief before sending.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage and how people find this resource. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as browser and device details and website interactions, including a successful quote-request event that contains no form entries. We do not send inquiry or planning-tool entries to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Page URLs sent by our tag exclude query strings and fragments.

Hosting and external websites
Our hosting provider processes ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. Links to other websites are subject to those sites’ own privacy practices.
